Charles Pittle, DPM

Born and raised in El Paso, Dr. Charles Pittle is a graduate of Coronado High School. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He continued his medical training while serving as a podiatric assistant for his Father, Dr. Alan Pittle, and as a surgical technician for the Carnegie Surgery Center in Cleveland, Ohio. He then went on to receive his Doctorate from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine, also in Cleveland, Ohio. He concluded a surgical residency with an emphasis on Foot Surgery, Trauma and Diabetic Wound Care at Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

After 12 years of education and surgical training, Dr. Charles returned to his hometown to practice with his Father, Dr. Alan Pittle, in the medical and surgical treatment of all foot ailments.

Dr. Charles has served as the Chief of Podiatry at Sierra Medical Center and is currently a member of the Professional Standards Committee for Paso Del Norte Surgery Center. He is also Board Certified with the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, a Diplomate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association.

Having been trained in some of the most respected facilities in the country, Dr. Charles represents the future of El Paso. He has surgical privileges at several El Paso hospitals and out-patient surgical centers. He has had state-of-the-art training and has a fresh, energetic perspective on medicine and the issues that impact our Borderland.

Dr. Charles Pittle is an avid golfer who is happily married and enjoys spending time with his wife and son.
